Since 1963, the LEBUS® family business has continuously expanded its production at our Finning location. In our large manufacturing halls and workshops, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, we produce not only LEBUS® spooling systems but also custom-built machinery tailored to our clients’ needs.

4-Day week
Weekends often feel too short, which is why we’ve introduced a 4-day workweek in our production department. To give our employees more flexibility for personal matters and appointments, half of the team gets to start their weekend as early as Thursday—on a rotating biweekly schedule.
